Abstract

Employees as supporting goals, they also have thoughts, feelings, and desires that affect their attitudes towards work. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze job stress and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially significantly influence employee turnover intention at RSI Mabarrot MWC NU Gresik. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with the saturated sample technique and the data collection method is to use a questionnaire. In analyzing the data, researchers used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 20. The respondents in this study were 80 employees of the RSI Mabarrot MCW NU Gresik. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial effect between work stress variables on turnover intention, while job satisfaction variables do not have a partial effect on employee turnover intention at RSI Mabarrot MWC NU Gresik. In addition, there is a simultaneous influence of the variables of work stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at RSI Mabarrot MWC NU Gresik.
