Abstract
Village Fund Allocation Management is one of the most important aspects of a village to run programs from the government. Including is a program for the welfare of the people in the region. This research aims to identify and analyze the management of village fund allocations in welfare of the community during the covid-19 pandemic in the village of Bareng Bareng District, Jombang Regency. The Bareng Village Government is an agency village-level government that supports the realization of good governance. Starting from the planning, implementation, reporting, and accountability stages. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze financial management the allocation of village funds to the welfare of the community in Bareng Village during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive research method with a approach qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, observation, and literature study. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, presentation of data, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the Government of the Bareng Village has carry out village fund allocation management procedures in accordance with the objectives. by general, starting from the planning, implementation, reporting and accountability has been going well in accordance with existing regulations.
