Abstract
Developing technology in the era of industry 4.0, to a lot of potential company to be cooperative and teamwork to supply company targets. Rosokku is a startup business that can provide services to the community and waste management companies. Rosokku also has a well-coordinated sales planning and request receipt system, so that Rosokku can have cash and monthly income. Rosokku has a demand for waste paper by the factory of approximately 200 tons a year. Rosokku’s also has 7 workers of the organizational structure. Each person is given more than 1 workload, so that workers need more energy and time to complete their work. Based on the explanation above, so that a business feasibility analysis necessary to be a evaluation in operating and developing this business. The results of the study obtained that is on the market aspect at a Rosokku's business still said worthy of although market target need to expanded again. On the technical aspects, The company can be effective and efficient to run. On the management aspect, the company still run although companies have only 7 workers. Finally the financial aspect, Rosokku's business on CV. Kreasi Anak Nusantara can be said feasible to run. Keywords : Business Feasibility Analysis, Rosokku, Waste Paper
