Abstract
Abstract Fraud which is currently increasingly prevalent in various countries is a problem that is quite difficult to overcome. Prevention efforts must be carried out early. Students have a role as a successor to the nation, prospective accountants, and agents of change have an obligation to carry out these prevention efforts. It is very important for students to take whistleblowing actions which are used as an effort to prevent these things according to the role of students as agents of change. The aim of this study is to examine and prove whether ethics, professional commitment, anticipatory socialization and locus of control affect accounting student decisions in whistleblowing behavior. The data collecting technique used was distributing questionnaires to 2017 accounting students at UPN "Veteran" East Java. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression technique. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence between ethics, professional commitment and anticipatory socialization on whistleblowing behavior and there is an influence between locus of control on whistleblowing behavior.
