This study aims to analyze, test, and prove the influence of spiritual intelligence, ethical knowledge, and love of money on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data collected through a direct questionnaire survey. The population in this study were students majoring in accounting class 2017 UPN "Veteran" East Java. Sample selection using incidental sampling method. Data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) which uses SPSS 22 for hypotheses of spiritual intelligence, ethical knowledge, and love of money. The results showed that spiritual intelligence and ethical knowledge had a significant positive effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students, while Love of money had a negative effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. Spiritual intelligence, knowledge of ethics and love of money significantly affect the ethical perception of accounting students. The amount of spiritual intelligence, knowledge of ethics and love of money together can influence the ethical perception of accounting students.
