Various polemics regarding the Covid-19 vaccination have caused issues and news that are not true to develop and are troubling the public. Almost all mass media, both print and online, reported on the vaccine issues and polemics. Kompas and Tempo.co are one of the online media reporting this issue. The purpose of this study is to find out the framing of the polemic of the Covid-19 vaccine licensing polemic between the online media Kompas.com and Tempo.co. This study uses Robert N. Entman's framing analysis technique which consists of define problems, diagnose causes, make moral judgments and treatment recommendations. Based on the results of the discussions carried out, it can be concluded: Tempo.co frames the news about the Covid 19 Vaccine Licensing Polemic using a frame base that emphasizes the Covid 19 Vaccine Licensing controversy. The Covid-19 Vaccine Licensing polemic is more neutral and supports the vaccine program so that it can be realized immediately
