Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the economic growth potential of 5 affected sub-districts due to the development of East Ring Road in Surabaya. Identification is used to find out how big base non base sector has multiplier effect to the increase of PDRB (Product Domestic Regional Bruto) from each sub-district. The data used are PDRB Surabaya city and sub-district, income per capita of Surabaya city and sub-district. Analyzer in this research using Multiplier Effect (RPM). The results showed that the multiplier effect (RPM) of each is sub-district more than 1. RPM > 1 indicates is have the base criterion has a multiplier effect of development PDRB together with the service sector (non bases) on the long-term. Sukolilo Sub-district has the highest multiplier effect compared to other sub-districts. Keywords : Bases Non Bases, Multiplier Effect, Economic Growth, And PDRB
