Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence fraud in the government sector. The type of the research is a quantitative research using primary data. The primary data obtained from questionnaire distributed to respondents. Sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method and the number of sample is 100 respondents. This research uses the purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used in this research is PLSSEM with the help of SmartPLS software version 2.0.m3. This study proves that law enforcement variables, internal control effectiveness, compensation suitability have a negative and significant influence on fraud in the government sector. Individual morality, organizational commitment, and procedural justice have a positive and significant influence on Fraud in the Government Sector.
