Abstract
This study aims to test and prove: (1) The effect of systematic risk on stock prices, (2) The effect of dividend policy on stock prices. The subjects in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total 26 companies. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Systematic Risk has an effect on Stock Prices, but it is not significant as indicated by a significance value of 0,890 which is greater than the specified probability value of 0,05, (2) Dividend Policy has an effect on Stock Prices as indicated by a significance value of 0,000 which is smaller of 0,05.
