Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan bukti empiris adanya pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap net profit margin, return on invested capital, dan return on capital employed perusahaan Consumer NonCyclicals listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018–2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan software SPSS 23. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan tahun 2018–2019 yang diambil dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian yaitu perusahaan Consumer Non-Cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 2018– 2019. Terdapat 43 perusahaan yang terpilih menjadi sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap net profit margin, return on invested capital, dan return on capital employed. Kata Kunci: intellectual capital, net profit margin, return on invested capital, return on capital employed.
