Abstract

This study aims to test, analyze, test, and prove the effect of user participation variables (X1), personal engineering skills (X2), training and education programs (X3) on the performance of accounting information systems (Y) with information technology (Z) as moderating variables. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study used simple random sampling method as many as 44 employees of the accounting information system. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 26 For Windows. The results of this study indicate that user participation (X1), personal engineering skills (X2), training and education programs (X3) have a positive effect on the performance of the accounting information system. Information technology as a moderating variable cannot moderate user participation (X1), personal technical skills (X2), training and education programs (X3) on the performance of accounting information systems.
