Abstract

Bread products are one of the most well-known types of food in the city of Lamongan. One of the bread industry businesses in Lamongan is Lyly Bakery Lamongan. Lyly Bakery Lamongan needs to develop a strategy in order to survive and be able to develop its business to be more advanced. This study aims to determine the characteristics of consumers Lyly Bakery Lamongan and to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, culture and social on consumer purchasing decisions Lyly bakery Lamongan. This study used 100 respondents as the research sample and the sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were Lyly Bakery Lamongan consumers who had bought and consumed Lyly bread at least 2 times. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square using Warp PLS 7.0. The characteristics of consumers of Lyly Bakery Lamongan are mostly women aged 17-25 years with a high school / vocational education level and an income / pocket money of around IDR 500,000 - IDR 1,500,000 per month. The results showed that product quality, service quality, cultural factors and social factors had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Lyly Bakery Lamongan bread.
