Abstract
Smoking Fish in Bulak Subdistrict has long been attempted by entrepreneurs and but still not known financial calculations such as business feasibility and smoked fish entrepreneurs do not yet know the development of businesses. This study aims to: 1)) Analyze the financial feasibility of Smoked Fish in Bulak Subdistrict, 2) Identify the development of Smoked Fish business in Bulak Subdistrict. The results of this study showed that: 1) The average value of NPV for smoked fish business is Rp 117,130,729. For value of R/C ratio produces 1,06. While the average value of IRR for smoked fish business in Bulak district is 61%. The average value of bep rupiah smoked fish in Bulak sub-district is Rp. 108,452,092. As for the average value of BEP Smoked Fish Unit in Bulak Subdistrict is 50,554 units. 2) The development of smoked fish business in smoked fish entrepreneurs that need to be developed are facilities obtained by entrepreneurs, marketing of smoked fish products, support from the government and potential entrepreneurs of smoked
