Abstract

The Lamongan–Bojonegoro road section is one of the most traveled roads vehicles with heavy loads that have an impact on the road's ability to withstand the load received, causing damage to the road that can hinder or slowing transportation access on the Lamongan-Bojonegoro road. This study uses a Geographic Information System (GIS) as a tool for mapped road damage and analyzed the Pavement Condition Index method (PCI). The results of this study are as follows, the level of road damage in segment III and segment IV have a lot of damage that varies on the road segment Lamongan-Bojonegoro includes damage, alligator cracking, potholes, edge cracking, shoving, long and transverse, swell, patching, weathering and reveilling, while for the segment that suffered the greatest damage was in segment IV, with the condition "fair" level of damage. The lowest level of damage is in segment III which is bad (poor). The overall PCI value in segment I - segment V of the Lamongan-Bojonegoro road is 54.2 with Poor or poor pavement conditions based on the rating. On the Lamongan-Bojonegoro road section, there are several types of damage based on: observations and measurements in the field, so a treatment strategy is needed damage that can be done to improve road service levels according to Bina The clans are P2 (paving), P3 (crack closure), P4 (crack filling), P5 (hole filling), and P6 (levelling).
