Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of intellectual capital on company performance with profitability as moderating variable. This study uses quantitive method. The population of this study is all of the company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that consist of 619 companies. Samples obtained by a purposive sampling method. This study uses 53 companies as sample. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using WarpPLS 7.0. Result shows that intellectual capital have significant negative impact on company performance and profitability isn’t affecting the relation betweem intellectual capital anda company performance.
