Abstract

Business process is an intermediary between business and information technology. With the existence of good business process, information technology support to the business will be more clear and precise. The business process involves a wide range of interested parties and requires resources. Proper business process management can improve overall organizational performance. The importance of the role of business processes within an organization or company that is useful to drive the business to grow rapidly and rapidly. PT PJB Services in Niaga Division which has one business process that is executing and managing sales plan through Integrated Management System (IMS) procedure. However, the existing procedures are still manual which result in the flow of activity in the business process has not measured the achievement of Service Level Agreement (SLA) that has been set. In order to improve business process and achievement of performance (achievement of SLA). This research uses Business Process Management (BPM) method which enables companies to have business process blueprints and can assess whether current business processes are effective and efficient and management can see in detail the impact of changes that will be made in terms of time and cost. In the calculation of the current process simulation is the standard procedure of controlling the implementation of marketing takes 26,400 minutes per month with the cost of Rp. 30.000.000,00 per month and the procedure of contracting work service contract takes 23.040 minutes per month with the cost of Rp. 8.727.272,73 per month. After the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) for the proposed new business process, the procedure of managing the sales implementation takes 9,480 minutes per month at a cost of Rp. 10.772.727,27 per month and the procedure of managing the customer settlement takes 14,400 minutes per month at a cost of Rp. 5.454.545,45 per month.
