Abstract
ABSTRACT The identity of the typeface is very important in the era of people who are starting to love the world of tourism as a system for improving the quality of the local community. The identity of the typeface is important because it becomes a sign or indication of an area where many people visit. One of the places or areas that may be visited by many people is Kampung Lawas Maspati. The existence of typeface identity has an additional role in the visual quality of Kampung Lawas Maspati. Observations were made to see firsthand how the social activities and conditions of Kampung Lawas Maspati were with the results in the form of a spot somewhere in the village, namely woven bamboo and bamboo sticks.
