Abstract
Company PT. Bahtera Setia Group has a useful system to connect one division to another. With using this system is expected to make it easier for employees to complete work, but in this system there is still no support for increase employee motivation. Faced with pressure from Deadline and the suitability of the company's SOP makes the company must provide motivation more to their employees. This gamification aims to make an activity work or feel like a game in order to increase the motivation of its users. This method will later be applied in the existing system in the company this by providing elements based on the wishes of users who directly related to the system. This application will later modify the existing system with given gamified elements such as Leaderboard, Score and Quest based on Atomic Skills on users who are directly related to system. The result of this research is to make a database design and New system mockup with pre-installed gamification elements determined from the needs of users who are directly related to the system based on a pre-existing system.
