Abstract

Data and information are very important things in the current era of globalization this. Getting information needs to go through several processes, one of which is is to create an information system. Information systems are very important important in supporting the existence of a government agency or non-government government. Village Administration Management Information System (SIMLURAH) is an information system currently available for processing data and information for the government, more precisely in the district of Abepura Jayapura. Every information system development requires the existence of a documentation to support continuity and ease of processing development of existing information systems. Documentation of a system is important. With the documentation, it can be more make it easier for developers or software development to do development of the system itself. For now from the information system that there is for the Abepura Jayapura district there is no documentation yet so if there are parties who want to develop experiencing difficulties, they must analyze every line of code. Before carrying out the reengineering process (re-engineering) at SIMLURAH it is necessary to carry out a reverse engineering process engineering) Based on the existing problems, the author makes Engineering back from SIMLURAH to document from the current system in the form of diagrams - diagrams standard UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is Software Requirement Specification (SRS), UML diagrams and recommendations for improvement for further system development. So that it can be used as a reference for make improvements from the current system to become a system that even better.
