Abstract

Due to the Covid-19, learning in schools has changed become online learning through a school E-Learning application or using a learning application. SMAN 18 Surabaya is one of the High school located in the city of Surabaya and one of the schools that implement Surabaya Mayor Regulation Number 28 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for the New Normal Order in the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic conditions (COVID-19) in the City of Surabaya and pay attention to the Year Education Calendar 2020/2021 lessons in the implementation of online learning with using the application, namely Microsoft Teams. The purpose of this study is to determine the user's perspective on the application of Microsoft Applications at SMAN 18 Surabaya. This research adopted the ISSM Delone Mclean and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) from Hossein Mohammadi. The number of samples is 247 students of SMAN 18 Surabaya in 2020/2021. Research data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS 6.0 software. Based on the results of research and discussion of perspective analysis identification users against the implementation of the Microsoft Teams Application, it can be withdrawn the conclusion that the user perspective of this study is satisfaction and intention to use has a positive effect on actual use of Microsoft Applications Teams. Education quality is the main factor that drives satisfaction and intention to use the use of the Microsoft Teams Application. While, Perceived ease of use mediates the relationship between actual use and intention to use. This is obtained from the results of hypothesis testing. While the most influencing factors in continuous use on the Microsoft Teams App at SMAN 18 Surabaya using the ISSM Delone Mclean and TAM models, namely Intention to Use is obtained from the largest path coefficient value of 0.548.
