Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the environment work and workload on employee performance at the Sintren Cigarette company in Gombong, Central Java. The population in this study were all employees of the Cigarette Company Sintren in Gombong, totaling 55 people. Sampling technique using the Probability Sampling Technique by choosing the Simple Technique Random Sampling or total population. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the work environment variable significant positive effect on employee performance. As well as variable load work has a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Workload and Employee Performance.
