Abstract
Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is funds allocated by the district or city government to villages, which are sourced from the central and regional financial balance funds received by the district or city. Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is funding support by the central and regional governments in village governments in an effort to improve basic services to the community, and community empowerment. Basically the Village Fund Allocation is still often problematic.The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the Village Consultative Agency (BPD) in carrying out the oversight function of the Village Fund Allocation. This research was conducted in Pinggir Village, Balongpanggang Gresik. The method used is qualitative. In this study, data collection was carried out by structured interviews. Determination of informants using purposive sampling. The findings of this study note that the role of the BPD in carrying out the oversight function of the Village Fund Allocation has been maximized, the BPD has conducted oversight of the ADD accountability report and the Report on the Delivery of the Village Government, and the BPD in the village of Pinggir has made a BPD performance report and has been transparent to the community.
