Abstract
his research aimed to test and analysis empirical leverage, profitability, corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling technique so that the total sample size is 15 companies for 3 periods during 2016-2018. The results have a significant effect on the value of profitability which is proxied by using ROA on tax avoidance while Leverage, and corporate social responsibility has no effect on tax avoidance.
