Abstract
This study aims to analyze information about how PT Classic prima Carpet Industries implements the Government Borne Import Duty Policy (BMDTP) and the extent to which PT Classic Prima Carpet Industries implements the Government Borne Import Duty Policy (BMDTP). This type of research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive methods. This research uses data collection methods by interviewing three informants, namely two informants from PT Classic Prima Carpet Industries, which has a position as Manager of Export-Import and Customs Facilities as well as Tax Staff and Customs Facilities and one informant from the Service Office. Customs and Excise of Tanjung Perak Surabaya, which has the qualifications as the head of the BMDTP Security Services Section. The results of this study indicate that PT Classic Prima Carpet Industries has implemented a Government Borne import duty policy (BMDTP) in accordance with applicable government regulations.
