Abstract
The clove plant, namely the leaves of which is still not fully utilized, because it has low economic value, however, if it is processed in the form of clove leaf oil, it will have a high economic value. This study aims to describe the production process of clove leaf oil refining, to analyze production costs, revenues, profits and R / C ratios, to analyze added value. The research method used census method or saturated sampling, namely the number of respondents as many as 10 clove leaf oil agroindustry entrepreneurs. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis, analysis of production costs, revenue, profit and R / C ratio, analysis of added value using the method of hayami. The results showed that the production process of clove leaf oil refining is still inaccurate, including storage of raw materials, use of fuel and in the process of filtering and packaging clove leaf oil. Production costs incurred Rp. 3,136,610, revenue of Rp. 4,084,800, - a profit of Rp. 948,190 and an R / C ratio of 1.30. The added value obtained is Rp. 3,087, - / kg with a value added ratio of 49% in the high value added category (ratio> 40%) Keywords: Production costs, revenue, profit and R / C ratio, added value.
