Abstract

To achieve the company's goals, it needs to be supported by the quality of quality human resources, without the element of human resources, the company cannot carry out its operational activities. The level of loyalty to human resources is based on several factors such as leadership, work motivation and organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to see the influence of leadership, work motivation and organizational culture on employee loyalty in the human resource compartment of PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the number of samples using saturated sampling techniques or all samples are members of a population of 38 respondents, because the leadership factor is a leadership factor so it is not included in the sample. The results of the research with SPSS version 25.0 show that hypothesis 1 is the result of the leadership test variable t-count (5.703)> t-table (2.032) which means that there is a partial influence between leadership on employee loyalty, for Hypothesis 2 the work motivation variable is - t-count amounting to (-2.021)< t-table (2.032) means that there is no partial influence between work motivation and employee loyalty, for the 3rd hypothesis the variable organizational culture t test results (0.581) <t-table (2.032) means there is no partial influence between leadership on employee loyalty. For hypothesis 4, the results of F-count (23.649)> F-table (2.882) means that there is an influence between leadership, work motivation and organizational culture together on employee loyalty.
