Abstract

This study uses a fishing pond & Lesehan stall CSDW Sidoarjo which is a business engaged in the culinary business as the object of research. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze marketing strategies in increasing sales volume implemented by the Fishing Pond & Warung Lesehan CSDW Sidoarjo. The results of the SWOT analysis method are used as a basis for determining the marketing strategy that can be carried out by the Fishing Pond & Lesehan Stalls CSDW Sidoarjo in increasing sales volume.The research method used is a qualitative type with descriptive analysis which refers to the concept of the 4P marketing mix, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion. The data collection technique was carried out by means of in-depth interviews, participatory observation and field research. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis method with the stages of compiling the IFAS and EFAS matrices, determining the SWOT quadrant and the SWOT matrix.From the results of the study it can be concluded that the fishing pond & stall Lesehan CSDW is in quadrant position I. It can be concluded that the strategy that can be used to increase sales is an aggressive strategy, namely by maximizing the strength they have to take advantage of existing opportunities Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix, SWOT Analysis, EFAS Matrix, IFAS Matrix
