Abstract
Youtube is one of the online media that is widely used by most people. In one of the videos contained in Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel, he uploaded a video when he was interviewing a comic named Rizky Firdaus Wijaksana. In the video they talk about bullying in Indonesia. There were pros and cons in this conversation, where Uus thought that bullying was something that should happen in every individual, because through bullying someone would not get an inspirational story. Uus thinks that bullying is indeed a negative thing, but it needs to happen in the life of every individual. Deddy Corbuzier, who has a fairly critical mindset, initially did not agree but finally agreed with the opinion of Uss that bullying is indeed a negative action but it needs to also occur in the life of every individual. The purpose of this research is to believe in the perceptions of the people of Surabaya regarding support for bullying in Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube account. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. For the theory, the researcher chose to use agenda setting theory and individual differences because it was in accordance with the research object. The results showed that, most of the informants gave a positive tendency about the effect that video had on the wider community. Public figures have an influence in influencing people's behavior.
