Abstract
Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan (DIPERTABUN) of Kediri Regency is a regional agency in charge and carrying out government affairs in the agricultural and plantation sectors of Kediri Regency. One of them in providing information to the public, DIPERTABUN implements an e-government system, one of which is by using a website to provide services to the public effectively and efficiently. However, in 2017 the website has stopped being used due to the lack of optimal website management and maintenance. Therefore, the purpose of our Field Work Practice is to solve these problems by rebuilding the profile website of the DIPERTABUN of Kediri Regency using WordPress CMS, with the methods used are Observation, Interview, and Literature Study. The result of this Field Work Practice is to successfully complete the development of the profile website of the Department of Agriculture and Plantations of Kediri Regency using Wordpress CMS. CMS Wordpress proved to be reliable for creating an organization profile website, namely by utilizing the features and standards that exist in it with a simple display (user friendly) so that it is easily understood by users. The use of plugins on the website also requires updates if the plugin has the latest version in modifying and developing the main functionality of WordPress.
