Abstract
The effectiveness of the partnership pattern is a condition that shows the level of achievement achieved between the two parties. Partnership pattern of PT. Sugar Factory Candi Baru Sidoarjo with partner farmers do with some other contractual agreements between the nucleus-plasma, sub-contracting and operational cooperation agribusiness. This study aims to identify the implementation of partnership pattern of PT. Sugar factory Candi Baru Sidoarjo with partner farmers, analyzing the effectiveness of partnership pattern of PT. Sugar factory Candi Baru Sidoarjo with partner farmers and analyzing factors affecting the effectiveness partnership pattern of PT. Sugar factory Candi Baru Sidoarjo with partner farmers. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, farming analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Processing process using SPSS with dependent variable of effectiveness of partnership and independent variable is partnership performance, partner farmer participation and commitment. These factors significantly influence the effectiveness of partnership pattern with achievement of R Square 70.1%. Pattern of partnership that existed PT. Sugar factory Candi Baru Sidoarjo and partner farmers are in accordance with the objectives of both parties with the application of coaching according to the needs of the farmers, the clarity of the rules, the relevance of the agribusiness system and the absorption of labor so as to obtain B / C results of 1.20, then the partnership is said to be profitable and effective on both sides.
