Abstract
he accounting information system is designed in such a way by an organization or institution so that it can fulfill its function, namely to produce accounting information that is relevant, reliable, comparable, and understandable, with a proper accounting information system a report can be produced that is able to provide various useful information for the decision maker. The ability to manage information effectively in government is very important because it can be the basis for obtaining good governance. On this basis, this study aims to obtain information about the effect of implementing accounting information systems on government performance This study uses primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires at the Jiwan Village Office, Madiun Regency. The population used for this study were all employees at the Jiwan Village office while the sample in this study used a total sampling of 25 people. The analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS). The results showed that there was an influence between the accounting information system on the performance of the Jiwan Village Government, Madiun Regency
