Abstract

This study has the main objective of knowing and analyzing marketing strategies through Instagram social media on Toast days Menganti Gresik in increasing sales. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted on Toast days Menganti Gresik. The subjects of this research are owners, employees, and consumers. The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis using efas and ifas tables. The results of the research analysis using IFAS and EFAS show that Toast days has a Strength factor that gets a total score of 2.73, while a weakness factor gets a total score of 0.46. Threats receive a total score of 0.74, while Opportunities receive a total score of 2.10. Judging from the consequences of the SWOT line, Toast days Menganti Gresik is in quadrant I with values (X;Y) (2.42; 1.36), namely by using aggressive planning. Making plans that require Strengths to turn into Opportunities is an aggressive strategy
