Abstract

This study's main objective is to identify and analyze business strategies to increase sales at the Mikopi Café Dharmahusada. This research is qualitative and descriptive. This research was conducted at the Mikopi Kafe Dharmahusada. The subjects of this research are owners, employees, and consumers. The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis using EFAS and IFAS tables. The results of the research analysis using IFAS and EFAS, Mikopi Kafe has a strength factor that gets a total score of 2.84, while a weakness factor gets a total score of 0.42. The threat received a total score of 0.74, while the opportunity received a total score of 2.10. Judging from the consequences of the SWOT line, Mikopi Kafe is in quadrant I with values (X;Y) (2.42; 1.36), that is, by using aggressive planning. Making a plan that requires strength to be an opportunity is an aggressive strategy.
