Abstract

This study aims to understand and determine the effect of brand image, product quality and consumer satisfaction on Converse shoe consumer loyalty. The population used in this study were UPN "Veteran" East Java FISIP students Class of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. The required sample is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected or obtained directly from the research object. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Thus the results of this study indicate that brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty.
