Abstract

ABSTRACT FARADILLASANDI, 19042010023, THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION, MOTIVATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT SOE KONVEKSI JOMBANG COMPANY This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation (X1), motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) at the Jombang Convection SOE company. This research is a type of associative research using a quantitative approach which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population of this study were employees of the SOE Convection company with asample of 47 respondents. This sampling technique is Probability Sampling usingMultiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at the Jombang Convection SOE company show that simultaneously the variables of compensation (X1), motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) of 15,963. Compensation (X1) partially has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) of -1,570. Work motivation (X2) partially also has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) of 0,281. And work discipline (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) of 6,384. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Discipline, Employee Performance
