Abstract

As the education level of women increases, awareness arises that a woman also has the potential to develop and succeed. Research by the Center for Creative Leadership states that having more female workers can make the workplace more enjoyable. This study aims to determine the work life balance, burnout, and role conflict experienced by female employees. This research was conducted on all female staff members at PT. Karyaterang Sedati, totaling 37 people. This research uses primary data and saturated or census sampling techniques in taking samples using quantitative research methods, this research is also included in explanatory research, because this research tries to explain the causation between the independent and dependent variables. Analysis tests were carried out by testing validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing, as well as data processing using the Statistical Program for Social Science or SPSS. The results of the data analysis test succeeded in showing that simultaneously Work Life Balance, Burnout, and Role Conflict had a significant effect. Partially Work Life Balance, Burnout, and Role Conflict against female employees of PT. Karyaterang Sedati has no significant effect. The conclusion of this study is that the independent variables Work Life Balance, Burnout, and Role Conflict have no partial effect on performance, while the independent variables Work Life Balance, Burnout, and Role Conflict have an effect simultaneously.
