Abstract

Sitophilus zeamais pests attack inside corn seed in storage is able to cause damage until 85% loosing of germination power and depreciating weight around 17%. Controlling S. zeamais is able to use bioinsecticide which is made from noni leaf, srikaya leaf, and papaya leaf. This researh is administered to know the impact bioinsecticide powder of noni leaf, srikaya leaf, and papaya leaf on controlling S. zeamais imago. This research has been done on June until July 2022 in Healthy Plant Laboratory II, Agriculture Faculty, University of Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur. The design research that’s used is Complete Randomized Design (RAL) factorial. It’s kind of leaf and dose, so that is got 12 combinations handlings and every handling is repeated 3 times. Data is analyzed using vatiance analysis and it is tested with Ducan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) on level 5%. Observation result shows that the highest mortality level happens on powder handling of srikaya leaf within dose 8 grams around grade 90,00%. The lowest percentage value of corn seed weight loss happens on powder handling of papaya leaf is 4,91%. LT50 values in powder handling of noni leaf, srikaya leaf, and papaya leaf within dose 8 grams continuously around 8 days, 5 days, and 6 days. LD50 values in powder of noni leaf, srikaya leaf, and papaya leaf continuously around 7,86 grams, 6,39 grams, and 6,79 grams.
