Abstract
Work stress and burnout factors that can affect to performance, from study aims determine whether model of job stress and burnout is a factor that affects the performance of nurses. In early 2020, the world was shocked by the phenomenon of an outbreak that originated in Wuhan, then it could spread rapidly with the distribution of more than 190 countries and territories affected by covid 19. Determination of the sample in this study is a nonprobability sampling technique. The population in the study were all nurses who were in the multazam and shofa - marwah rooms at the hospital. Islam Surabaya A. Yani, totaling 40. In this study, a quantitative method was used and structural equation modeling and PLS were used for the analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that burnout can contribute to the performance of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic at the A. Yani Surabaya Islamic Hospital. This shows that burnout can affect nurse performance. The higher the burnout experienced by nurses at work, the lower the performance will be.
