Abstract
Portrait photos are needed to support activities for promotion on social media to be attractive and aesthetic, so research is needed in order to achieve the intended beauty, so as to be able to analyze with aesthetic studies so as to bring out the implied beauty of the photo. This research is using descriptive method. Methods of data collection with literature study, observation, and interviews. This research invites second semester students, Usahid's basic photography course to take portrait photos in the lecture room window and at home. The purpose of this study is to obtain portrait photos that imply honesty and are attractive so that they have skills for the community, social media.
